ANBAE is undoubtedly on of the best Tamil Christian audio CD to
be released in recent times.
The combination of Enoch Joshua (Music) and Peter Richard has
really worked wonders. The quality of the music and the recording
is of a very high standard. It is hard to choose which is good and
which is not so good. Repeatedly had to listen to the songs to find
the odd one, and yes there is one (Karthar Enthan) which is not in
the same standard as the other songs.
Anbae is a song that has been around for many years I wonder
why this song had to be re-cycled and that too as the Theme
song. I would have preferred to position one of the original songs
as the Theme song.
My favorite is En Andava - the music is so captivating and it is
hard to shrug it off the head. En Andava the Lyrics, the Music and
the singing is just awesome. You don't come across songs like
these very often.
The delivery of the songs are excellent - same vocalist but using
appropriate distinct styles when singing songs from western and
Indian.
In conclusion - Excellent album - Must Buy category - Highly
recommended.
